首都圏は雪で太陽光大幅減で需給逼迫?

大雪で太陽光発電の発電量が低下

2018年1月22日の関東地方の雪の影響は大きく、グラフ化してみると、太陽光発電の発電量低下がよくわかりますが、需給逼迫の要因はそれだけではありません。

まず、気温が低いことから、前日より需要が1000万kW以上増えました。そして、グラフには現れませんが、このとき東京電力の3つの火力発電所(300万kW相当)が停止していました。この逼迫した状況をしのぐために揚水発電と系統連系が大きな役割を果たし、夜間には翌日以降に備えて揚水発電が水を汲み上げていることもわかります。

この1月22日を含めた2018年1月〜3月の電力需給データが各電気事業者から公開されましたので、ISEP Energy Chartでもデータを近日中にアップデートいたします。

The snow in the metropolitan area drastically reduced solar power and the supply and demand were tightened?

The influence of the snow in the Kanto area on January 22nd was large. When it was graphed, it can be understood well that the generation amount of solar power generation was reduced. However that is not the only factor of tightening supply and demand.

Firstly, because the temperature is low, the demand has been increased by more than 10 million kW over the previous day. Although it does not appear in the graph, at this time, TEPCO’s three thermal power plants were stopped. In order to surpass this tight situation, pumped-storage power generation and grid interconnection play a major role, and you can also see that the pumped-storage electricity pumps up water at night in preparation for the day after the next day.

Since the electricity supply and demand data of January-March 2018 including this January 22nd was released by each electric utility company, ISEP Energy Chart will update the data soon.
